The operating model

A company uploads its employee and reporting structure, creates departments and projects, and then enables the AI roles it needs. The same agent role can be cloned into multiple isolated instances.

How a company gets started

Five steps from company workspace to coordinated work

This is the intended onboarding path. The application that performs these steps is in development.

    Create the company workspace

    Register the organization, verify the company domain, and configure working calendars and security settings.

  2. 2

    Add employees and hierarchy

    Upload employee names, official email addresses, mobile numbers, departments, designations, skills, and reporting managers.

  3. 3

    Create projects

    Add projects, project managers, members, milestones, communication channels, and integrations.

  4. 4

    Enable agents

    Select a predefined AI role, clone it, name it, assign a human manager, and connect it to a project or workflow.

  5. 5

    Start coordinating work

    Tag the agent through email or the portal and let it create structured work, reminders, approvals, and reports.

Turn forwarded emails and documents into governed approval workflows

Forward an email or document to the AI Workflow Manager and explain who must approve it. The agent resolves the employees, builds the approval stages, requests each decision in the correct order, follows up, and records the complete workflow.

Give every project a persistent AI execution coordinator

Clone the AI Project Manager for each project and assign it to the project team. Employees can tag the agent in email or through ProjectCrew to create tasks, assign owners, track deadlines, identify blockers, and maintain an accurate project status.
